great access to attractions and dining options

I enjoyed being just a few steps away from restaurants and only a short walk to iconic sites like the Niagara SkyWheel and Clifton Hills, which really made my weekend exploration easy and fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, newly renovated room, which featured two comfy queen beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the complimentary coffee in the morning was delightful. Plus, the free parking made my stay even better!

Additional electrical outlets near the beds would help.

Great location to attractions

Nice upgrade, great location!

I got a nice upgrade to a renovated room that was way bigger than I thought. Having two beds and a private bathroom was super comfy. The staff were friendly and they even had a picnic area outside. Just wish the coffee was a bit better in the morning.

The accommodations were comfortable and just a

stone's throw from the Falls. I appreciated the free parking and early check-in option, but the lack of a microwave in the room was a slight inconvenience. Overall, it met my needs for a budget-friendly stay.

I had a lovely stay at Diplomat Inn. The location is perfect, close to attractions, and the service was friendly. My room was spacious and clean, though the coffee situation could use improvement. Overall, great value for what you get!

great location but some inconveniences

The location was fantastic, just steps away from food and transport. The room was very nice, especially being newly renovated, which added to our comfort during our stay.

Carrying luggage up the stairs was a struggle.

Unfortunately, I ran into several issues during my stay. The room felt under-prepared with only two towels for three guests and the absence of a coffee maker. The bed seemed overly soft. I sank too deep into the mattress. Some renovations were shoddy, with a loose toilet seat and bathing fixtures that were improperly attached. The so-called outdoor patio only had a couple of metal chairs, lacking any charm. To top it off, I witnessed a cockroach during my stay, which was quite unsettling. The security seemed dubious, as sliding glass doors could easily be accessed by anyone. Lastly, the only dining options were vending machines.

The stay was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean. Having a fridge was very convenient. The coffee in the lobby until noon was a lovely touch, and the bed was really comfy. Being just a short walk from many attractions made it easy to explore the area, and the free parking was a major bonus. I would definitely consider this place for future visits.

The first room I was assigned lacked a phone, which made it stressful trying to contact the front desk. Plus, the neighbor had their music blasting at an annoying volume, disrupting my peace in the middle of the afternoon. I appreciate the front desk staff for finally moving me to a more suitable room, but this initial experience really put a damper on my stay.
